Symptoms of High Blood Pressure or Hypertension
High blood pressure may or may not have any symptoms.
The common symptoms are headaches, sweating, dizziness, nose bleeds, feeling warm, tightening in the chest, flushed cheeks and ringing in the ears.
Many times one may not even feel any symptoms.
A good rule of thumb is to get yourself regularly checked up. If you have a family history of hypertension, then it is imperative to get regular checkups for high blood pressure from the age of 25 years onwards.
